The company panel shows the status of the Maturity Analysis (MDA), Strategy Workshop and Business Plan modules per company in one table.

The current-state analysis starts by selecting the KPIs the company tracks; indicators such as equipment efficiency, delivery performance and occupational safety are added from the catalogue.

Assess the topics
Questions under each topic are answered; AI drafts answers from interview notes and assesses the maturity score with its rationale.
