Grupas' Corporate Governance training is a 2-day interactive development program designed to deliver concrete solutions to the management, authority confusion and institutionalization problems that family businesses in particular face on their growth journey. The program offers a broad framework, ranging from the strengths and weaknesses of family businesses to the core functions of management, and from corporate governance principles (including the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance) to the dimensions of institutionalization.
