Process Improvement with Maki Gami – Training & Workshop
Meaning "roll of paper" in Japanese, Maki Gami is a globally proven Lean Management and process improvement tool that is part of the TPM Management Model. Losses in management processes are often not directly visible; workflows remain on computers and in files, employees cannot see the whole picture and focus only on their own area of operation. This 1-day training and workshop by Grupas aims to make losses visible by visualizing processes, to analyze the current state (As-Is) and to design the future state (To-Be) together.
The program consists of the following steps: process selection and preparation, current state analysis, identification of losses and Muda, process flow mapping, improvement opportunities, future state design and action plan. The training is delivered experientially through group work and presentations based on a real case study prepared by us; the aim is for participants to be able to apply what they have learned in their own organizations right away.
