Consisting of 5 main modules, the program covers the concept of norm staffing, the staffing schedule, workforce capacity, legal and sector-specific regulations, norm staffing determination methods (time study and work measurement – REFA, MTM; workload analysis, the RACI responsibility matrix, benchmarking, performance- and capacity-based calculation; white-collar and blue-collar methods), strategic workforce planning and dynamic staffing management.
The training is fully hands-on, with Excel/ERP-supported staffing analysis templates, department-based simulations, core norm staffing formulas (Norm Staffing, Workload, Working Capacity, Staffing Requirement, Norm Staffing Index) and real-life case studies (an overstaffed warehouse process, a production line unable to keep up with rising demand, a top-heavy management team, a customer service norm staffing analysis).
