Organizational Development Training | Efficiency, Agility and Change Capacity in Organizations
The Grupas Organizational Development Training is a 2-full-day hands-on program that addresses companies' structures, processes and human dynamics from a holistic perspective, aiming to increase efficiency, organizational agility and the capacity to adapt to change. It responds with concrete methods to problems frequently encountered in organizations that are growing, restructuring or managing change, such as unclear authority-responsibility structures, inefficient processes and resistance to change.
Starting from classical, neo-classical and modern organization theories, the program covers organizational principles and types (functional, matrix, project and process-based structures), organizational development models (Lewin's Change Model, Burke-Litwin, McKinsey 7S and the Grupas Sustainable Management Model), organizational design, organizational behavior, corporate strategies, communication and consulting skills, change management, management by objectives, ethics and corporate social responsibility, and the measurement of critical metrics. Through interactive case studies and teamwork, what is learned is carried over into real business scenarios.
