The program covers strategic thinking, defining vision–mission–values, SWOT and PESTEL analyses, setting strategic objectives, action plans, implementation, monitoring–evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Competitive dynamics are explored through game theory (Nash equilibrium, the prisoner's dilemma), while real business problems are put on the table through group work built on digital transformation, market expansion and innovation scenarios. Participant outputs are measured with a 100-point assessment rubric.
