Process-Based Risk Management Training
A practice-oriented corporate training program that enables companies to systematically manage the risks they face or may face. Risk is any event or situation that prevents a company from maximizing the value it delivers to its stakeholders and causes it to fall short of its objectives. In this training, all steps of the Enterprise Risk Management Process — risk identification, analysis, evaluation, risk treatments, implementation & monitoring, reporting & review — are conveyed alongside practical examples and real-life case studies.
The program covers strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks; it teaches, through hands-on practice, likelihood × impact scoring with a 5x5 risk matrix and heat map, the prioritization of risks and the definition of control activities. The content is designed in a structure aligned with the internationally recognized COSO ERM and ISO 31000 standards.
