8D Problem Solving Training — A Team-Oriented Systematic Approach
Defined by Ford in 1987 as "Team Oriented Problem Solving" (TOPS), the 8D methodology is a global standard for root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions, targeting problems that affect customers in manufacturing, design and service processes. Grupas' 8D Problem Solving training teaches how to resolve recurring errors in businesses not through individual efforts, but as teams, in a systematic and analytical way.
The training covers customer expectations and complaint management (the LAST approach), business processes and process performance, the three enemies of businesses (Muda, Mura, Muri) and the 7 major losses, improvement management, problem and root cause analysis, and the D0–D8 steps of Ford's global 8D process.

Training Details
