5S Implementation and Quick Win Program
5S is a visual management tool that turns creating a clean, orderly and efficient work environment into a habit, eliminating losses and inefficiencies through defined steps. Grupas' 5S Implementation and Quick Win Program combines theoretical training with on-site application to increase productivity and quality, reduce waste and create a safe work environment. The program consists of current state analysis (5S audit and assessments), training sessions and group work, pilot area field application, a 5S field board, a deployment plan and continuity steps. Depending on scope, it is planned as 3 days (quick win focused) or 5 days (extended scope; process analysis, 7 wastes–ECRS, 5S committee, 5S handbook and roadmap).
