Overcoming Procrastination – A 60–90 Minute Micro-Training
Procrastination is usually not "laziness" but an emotion regulation problem. Grupas' 60–90 minute micro-training helps employees recognize the procrastination cycle, identify their personal triggers and build the discipline to get started. The program consists of procrastination awareness, a trigger map, small-step strategies (the 5-minute rule, task breakdown, start-up rituals) and practice modules in which each participant creates their own "First 15 Minutes Plan". The core principle is clear: "Don't wait for motivation, initiate action."
The training is offered in two formats: a 60-minute micro-training or a 90-minute hands-on micro-training. With interactive delivery, a self-assessment exercise, micro-task design and an individual reflective writing activity, participants take an active role from start to finish. The recommended group size is 12–25 people. For lasting impact, we recommend 21-day micro-habit tracking, a check-in session after 30 days and a team-based "start-up hour" practice.
