Understanding Human Behavior in Business Life – An Awareness Training for Managers
Behind team tensions, loss of motivation and communication breakdowns there are often invisible psychological dynamics. Grupas' "Understanding Human Behavior in Business Life" awareness training teaches managers to look beyond the visible side of behavior: it addresses the emotion–thought–behavior cycle, unmet needs (safety, being valued, belonging, approval, power and control), and a conscious leadership approach instead of reactive leadership.
The program consists of four modules: the psychology behind behavior (the iceberg model), a case analysis of the emotion–thought–behavior cycle, invisible dynamics, and awareness in leadership. Theory is turned into practice through interactive delivery, explanation of psychological models, case analysis, small group discussion and leadership reflection. Participants leave the training with a concrete output: "My Own Leadership Reflection Card". It is delivered as a 60-minute awareness training or a 90-minute in-depth version; the recommended group size is 10–20 people.
