Anxiety Management and Calming Techniques – 60/90 Minute Micro-Training
Tight deadlines, presentation pressure, uncertainty and constant change… Anxiety is one of the most invisible factors affecting employee performance. Grupas' "Anxiety Management and Calming Techniques" micro-training helps employees understand the mechanism of anxiety, recognize their personal worry cycle, and acquire practical regulation skills they can apply immediately in the workplace. The program covers anxiety awareness, the worry cycle model, diaphragmatic breathing and the 4-4-6 breathing model, muscle relaxation and 5-4-3 grounding techniques, along with a personal "Emergency Calming Protocol Card" as a takeaway.
Depending on needs, a 60-minute micro-training or a 90-minute hands-on format can be selected. Experiential learning is the foundation, delivered through interactive presentation, applied breathing practice, individual writing exercises and small-group sharing. The recommended group size is 12–25 participants. After the training, a 30-day check-in, a daily 3-minute breathing reminder and a pulse survey are recommended to track sustainable habits.
Note: This is not clinical intervention training; it addresses functional anxiety management in the workplace.
