Leader Communication in Crisis and Psychological First Aid – A Micro-Training for Managers

The program consists of modules on crisis psychology, the leader's role during a crisis, the fundamentals of Psychological First Aid (PFA) (Listen – Normalize – Refer), and crisis communication principles. Delivered in two formats of 60 or 90 minutes, it is run through interactive presentation, case analysis, leadership reflection and Q&A. A concrete output: a "Crisis Communication Mini Guide" personalized for each manager.
