Restructuring Planning Processes

Grupas Gelisim's "Restructuring Planning Processes" program redesigns production planning processes end to end, clarifies the planning organization and job definitions, and identifies the capabilities and development needs required to transfer the defined processes into the ERP environment.
The program consists of three main scopes: (A) designing order acceptance, capacity planning, material planning, order due-date assignment, production work order creation, and production planning and control processes; (B) defining the planning department's organizational structure, duties–responsibilities and competencies; (C) reviewing ERP capabilities and determining development needs so that the processes can be carried into the ERP environment. The estimated project effort is 17 days in total (A: 10, B: 2, C: 5). Note: ERP development or software development activities are out of scope.
