LEAN MANAGEMENT Program
Lean Management is a complete set of practices aimed at building a flexible production and management style that can respond instantly to changes in customer demand. Grupas Gelişim's Lean Management program aims to maximize added value by eliminating waste and delays across all of your organization's activity flows.
