A3 Thinking and Reporting Training
A3 Thinking is a lean management method that turns seemingly complex problems into a simple, clear and fluent story on a single page. First used for quality circle reports in the 1960s, A3 is today employed as a strategic planning and problem-solving tool. The training conveys the steps of problem definition, current state analysis, target state setting, root cause investigation, action plan and follow-up plan in a hands-on way through real examples (reducing rework costs in tube manufacturing, lean transformation in tough times).
