Field Leaders Skill Management Program
Field leaders are the most critical link determining business results on the production and operations floor. Grupas Gelişim's Field Leaders Skill Management Program equips field leaders with business excellence skills so that companies can rapidly reach their targeted business results. The program offers a three-stage system that covers end to end the definition, leveling, measurement and development of the knowledge and skills required on a position basis:
- Building the Skill Matrix – Position-based definition and rating on 4 levels of core job knowledge and skills, the ability to use lean techniques and tools (abnormality management, 5S, autonomous maintenance, loss elimination, A3 reporting, ECRS, Poka Yoke, SMED, One Point Lesson) and problem-solving and improvement skills (8D, before–after kaizen, kobetsu and kaikaku kaizen, brainstorming, root cause analysis).
- Skill Measurement and Assessment – Establishing an objective measurement system including question sets, measurement methods (written exam, hands-on experience), success scores, the assessment team and planning.
- Skill Development Programs – Preparing training content and materials targeting individual skill gaps, delivering the training, and re-measuring and re-assessing afterwards.
