Tiered Meeting Management (T1–T4) Training and Consulting Program
If problems on the production floor are not detected before they grow, the time and efficiency lost during the day never come back. Grupas Gelişim's Tiered Meeting Management program enables you to establish a disciplined meeting cascade running from T1 to T4, covering every level in the factory from the operator to the plant director. Each meeting lasts 15–20 minutes, is held standing up or close to the shop floor, and is run through visual management principles and KPIs: "Review the last 24 hours, plan the next 24 hours" and "How can we be better today than we were yesterday?"
The program clarifies meeting formats, participants, durations, the standardization of boards, the feedback flow, and the escalation logic for problems that need to be raised to the next level. It also defines what these meetings are not: they are not open-ended chats, brainstorming sessions, target-changing or strategy meetings — they are action- and results-oriented.
