Warehouse and Inventory Management Training | An End-to-End Program for Operational Excellence
Developed by Grupas Training & Development, the Warehouse and Inventory Management training is designed for companies that want to standardize warehouse operations, increase inventory accuracy and strengthen supply chain performance. The program addresses 5 core processes — goods receipt, put-away, picking, counting and shipping — along the axes of principles, processes and best practices. The content covers occupational safety and ergonomics, 5S and visual management, error prevention with Poka-Yoke, periodic and cycle counting techniques, ABC/XYZ analyses, safety stock and inventory turnover calculations, warehouse layout design and capacity management, barcode/RFID integration with WMS/ERP, and a logistics–supply chain perspective.
