Barrier Analysis Training and Consultancy
Barrier Analysis is one of the root cause analysis methods; it uncovers the real causes of a problem or event and defines which barriers (protective mechanisms) must be established against the threats that prevent goals from being achieved. Delivered with GRUPAS GELİŞİM's "People | Process | Technology" approach, this program enables the identification of technical, economic and financial, regulatory and legal, organizational, managerial constraints and those arising from country conditions within companies; and ensures the prevention or elimination of the problems caused by these barriers.
The program addresses the Goal – Threat – Barrier structure, the design of a single effective barrier and multiple barriers, bypassed barriers and gaps in barriers through examples. With an 8-step implementation roadmap (identifying the event, detailed examination, defining and classifying barriers, evaluating strengths/weaknesses, improving weak barriers, action plan, implementation and follow-up), participants apply what they learn directly to their own processes.
