Understanding Human Behavior in Business Life – An Awareness Training for Managers
Tensions within teams, defensive reactions and communication breakdowns are usually caused not by a "difficult employee," but by misunderstood psychological dynamics. This program, part of Grupas' Awareness Trainings series, is designed to help managers understand the root causes of human behavior. The training covers the psychology behind behavior (the iceberg model), the emotion–thought–behavior cycle, invisible dynamics such as safety, feeling valued, belonging, approval, power and control, and a conscious leadership approach instead of reactive leadership.
In terms of format, it is delivered as a 60-minute awareness training or as a 90-minute in-depth version. The method consists of interactive presentation, explanation of psychological models, case analysis, small group discussion and leadership reflection. Participants leave the training with a concrete output: "My Own Leadership Reflection Card."
