The Impact of Psychological Safety on Motivation – An Awareness Training for Managers
Psychological safety is not a "soft" concept; it is a lever that directly determines performance. This awareness training by Grupas shows managers the tangible impact a climate of trust has on learning, error management, innovation, quality and speed within their teams, and makes visible the hidden cost that a lack of trust imposes on the organization. The program consists of the following modules: the foundations of psychological safety, learning and error management, innovation and idea generation, the quality–speed relationship, the performance chain model of "Leader Behavior → Perception of Trust → Open Communication → Fast Learning → High Performance," and the leader action plan.
The training is offered in two formats: a 60-minute core awareness version and a 90-minute in-depth version that includes practice and planning. The recommended group size is 10–20 participants. The methodology covers interactive presentation, performance examples, case analysis, leadership reflection and action plan design. Output: a "Trust for Performance Action Plan" prepared by each manager specifically for their own team, along with a 30-day pilot plan.
