AIAG Core Tools PPAP Training – Production Part Approval Process
In the automotive industry, proving supplier quality is no longer a choice but a necessity. PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is a global standard used to verify the quality of parts and components, and it is a critical step that demonstrates the conformity of a supplier's production processes to defined standards. Grupas' 1-day classroom training covers in detail all stages of the PPAP process, documentation requirements and application examples within the framework of the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System.
The training conveys, with practical insights, the basic concepts and process flow, IATF and PPAP requirements, the content of documents and records, AAR (Appearance Approval Report), PSW (Part Submission Warrant), the creation of the PPAP file, and customer-specific requests and customer negotiations.
