AIAG Core Tools – MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) Training
How much do you trust your measurement results? Within the scope of the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System, the first requirement for correctly evaluating product and process performance is to identify the variation stemming from the measurement system and distinguish it from total variation. Grupas' AIAG Core Tools MSA – Measurement Systems Analysis training is an application-oriented program built upon the current revision of the MSA reference manual published by AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group).
The training covers, step by step, data collection, repeatability (EV) and reproducibility (AV), Gage R&R calculation, part variation (PV), total variation (TV), percentage calculations and acceptance criteria (%GRR < 10 acceptable, 10–30 conditional, > 30 rejected).
