Gender-Neutral Communication Training & Workshop
The Gender-Neutral Communication Workshop is an interactive training & development program that helps participants recognize the existing mindsets behind their communication habits, develop new perspectives and take concrete action for change. By addressing diversity, inclusion and gender equality through real-life business scenarios, the program aims to turn awareness into lasting behavioral change.
The process is not based on theoretical presentation alone: 80–90% of the content consists of individual work, group work, scenario and content analyses, role plays, storytelling and experience sharing; the remaining 10–20% is devoted to refreshing key concepts. Every workshop application is delivered within a standard 5-step framework following the flow of "awareness & learning – action planning – integration with work – theory refresher". Different dimensions—the conceptual view, the system impact view and the ecosystem view—are examined from the perspectives of the individual, family, work, society, leadership, organizational climate and culture, employees, suppliers and customers.
