Grupas' Cpk – Ppk – Process Capabilities training builds the competence required to identify, measure and statistically manage critical processes in companies engaged in mass production.
The program offers a broad scope, ranging from basic statistical knowledge to the definition and measurement of variability, from the interpretation of specification and control limits to process capability analysis methodology, and from data collection–analysis–evaluation techniques to group work. With real case studies from the automotive, pharmaceutical and electronics sectors, Cpk and Ppk calculation steps, performance interpretation tables (PPM, sigma level) and action recommendations are addressed in a hands-on manner.
