The Blue Army in Action | Field Leadership and Lean Culture Transformation Training
In organizations seeking to put the lean philosophy into practice, the toughest step is not the technical tools but cultural transformation. Grupas' "The Blue Army in Action" training is designed to involve blue-collar employees working on the shop floor, to develop the competencies of field leaders, and to build a more people-centered business model grounded in competencies. The program blends psychological factors such as communication, leadership, perception management, motivation and time management with areas of technical expertise such as problem solving, the kaizen approach and process management.
The content unfolds in two parts: core concepts and leadership competencies (lean transformation and the human factor, strategic approach, personality type analysis, one-on-one coaching, assertive stance, effective leadership) and application and team dynamics (perception management and strategic communication plan, motivation techniques, the "I have a suggestion" participation approach, recognition and appreciation tools, problem solving and teamwork, effective feedback and performance management, sample factory applications, games and interactive exercises).
