Starting from core concepts and feasibility processes, the program delivers a holistic curriculum covering market research, technical assessment, financial assessment and decision-making techniques.
The training covers dynamic valuation methods such as NPV, IRR, Payback Period and ROI, along with working capital, break-even analysis and cash flow statement preparation, all through hands-on practice. Every technique learned is applied end to end in a real case study based on a 0.5 MWp rooftop Solar Power Plant (SPP) project; project risks and the sensitivity analysis approach are also addressed.
