ISO 56000 Innovation Management – Fundamentals and Vocabulary Training (1 Day)
A 1-day foundational training designed for organizations that want to turn innovation from a matter of chance into a manageable system. The ISO 56001 Innovation Management System Requirements standard, published in October 2024, is open to certification both worldwide and in Türkiye. This training introduces the general framework of ISO 56001 and its supporting guidance standards 56000 – 56002 – 56003 – 56004 – 56005 – 56006 – 56007 – 56008 – 56010, bringing the current terms, definitions, fundamental concepts and innovation management principles covered by the "ISO 56000 Innovation Management — Fundamentals and Vocabulary" standard into a common language.
The program consists of two parts: Terms and Definitions (8 term groups: innovation, organization, objective, knowledge, intellectual property, innovation initiative, performance and valuation) and Fundamental Concepts & Innovation Management Principles (the definition and attributes of innovation, the innovation management system, relationships with other management systems, and 8 fundamental principles: Realization of Value, Future-Focused Leaders, Strategic Direction, Culture, Exploiting Insights, Managing Uncertainty, Adaptability, Systems Approach).
