Personality Analysis

With scientifically grounded personality analysis, see the work style, strengths and development areas of candidates and employees objectively.

Scientific basis: Big Five (IPIP)

The most validated framework in personality measurement is the Five-Factor Model (OCEAN). Items are drawn from the IPIP (International Personality Item Pool) and have published reliability values (Cronbach α ≈ 0.79–0.87). Results are reported as percentiles against adult norms.

The five dimensions measured

  • Openness — curiosity, creativity and openness to new ideas
  • Conscientiousness — planning, reliability and goal focus
  • Extraversion — sociability, energy and assertiveness
  • Agreeableness — cooperation, empathy and compromise
  • Emotional Stability — calm and resilience under stress

Reliability & validity

A Validity Index (0–100) is computed for each participant. Signals such as attention/control items, straight-lining, within-factor inconsistency and very short response times are evaluated; the result is labeled 'Valid / Interpret with caution / Doubtful'.

Where it is used

Used for screening and interview guidance in hiring, team building and role allocation, development planning and career guidance. Results are not a label but the start of a development-focused conversation.
