DELMIA Apriso is a Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) platform that integrates shop-floor execution (MES) with quality, warehouse, maintenance and labor management. Global process templates keep operations consistent across all plants, with real-time visibility and full traceability.
How it works
Apriso pushes production orders to the floor and collects real-time data from operators and machines (output, quality checks, material moves, downtime). It syncs this with ERP/PLM and records each product's genealogy (which material, operator, parameters). Its low-code foundation rolls a best practice built at one plant out to others as a global template.
