Quintiq Demand Planning combines historical sales, seasonality, trends and market signals into a statistical and collaborative forecast. With input from sales, marketing and operations it creates a single, reliable demand view — the starting point for S&OP and supply planning.
How it works
It analyzes history with time-series models to produce a baseline forecast; users enrich it with promotions, new products and market intelligence. Results are periodically compared to actuals (forecast accuracy/MAPE), deviations are analyzed and models auto-tune — so the forecast is a self-improving loop.
